INFLUENCE

Terms of use

Last updated: 15 October 2026

By creating an account or using INFLUENCE you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK) and able to form a binding agreement where you live. One person, one account. You are responsible for your password: there is no email on file, so a lost password cannot be recovered.

2. Zero tolerance: what is not allowed

Not allowed, and a reason for removal without notice: sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities); threats, harassment, bullying, stalking or hate; sharing someone’s private information or intimate images without consent; scams, fraud and impersonation; malware, phishing or spam; content that promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm; illegal goods or services; and anything else that breaks the law.

You may not try to break, probe or overload the service, get around its limits, scrape it, or use someone else’s account.

3. Your content

You own what you send. You give us only the permission needed to store and deliver it to the people you send it to. You are responsible for it, including for having the right to send it. Messages are private between the people in the chat, but a recipient can still copy or screenshot them.

4. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can block people and report a person from the chat or group menu. Our administrators review reports. They can suspend or ban accounts that break these terms. They cannot read your messages or open your files: a report is judged on the account’s behaviour and the reason given. Report abuse any time by email: see contact. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours.

5. Ads

The app may show ads, served by Google AdMob outside of conversations. Ads can be turned on or off by us at any time.

6. Accounts ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or that put others at risk.

7. No guarantees

The app is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always work, be error-free or never lose data. It is not end-to-end encrypted (see the privacy policy). To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what other users do. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. Mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country still apply.

9. Contact
